Who is the Arkansas Environmental Defense Alliance (AEDA)?

Members of the Board of Directors of AEDA are made up of people across the State of Arkansas who are knowledgeable about law, policies and science related to the environment, and the agencies that regulate the environment. They are also experienced in reacting to environmental problems.

Many citizens and communities in Arkansas are not knowledgeable about such matters, and do not know where to seek assistance if an environmental problem arises, AEDA was created, in part, to provide citizens in Arkansas with an organization they can look to for assistance with an environmental issue. Our Board members are from all sections of the state to enable us to have knowledge of conditions in those areas and contacts with people who can assist.
